Huge boa constrictor found in garden

As even-foot boa constrictorwas found in the garden of a home in the Scottish Borders at the weekend.

The Scottish SPCA was called out to the incident at the property in Innerleithen on Sunday. Bruce Baker said he thought his children were playing a prank when they told him to come and see the snake.

The boa constrictor thought to be an escaped pet - was coaxed into a toybox and taken to a rehoming centre.
