Hamilton Accies Premature predictions

As expected, the “expert” opinion from many media types that Accies were safe turned out to be misjudged. We’ve managed to survive in the top league for some time but it all comes down to form and confidence in the closing stages. St Mirren have found form at the right time and now have momentum. Saturday’s draw against Motherwell could easily have been a disastrous defeat, although I think that if the game had gone on for another few minutes we would have emerged with the win.

Brian Rice certainly arrived at the right time and I’m looking forward to seeing his squad for next season. So the drama continues and we play Livi on Saturday while St Mirren host St Johnstone. It should be another dramatic weekend.
