Pooch politics: Holyrood goes to the dogs with annual celebration of MSPS’ best friends
Cullin, a one-year-old Labradoodle owned by Labour MSP Monica Lennon, puts on a show at the Holyrood Dog of the Year competition.
The event, organised by the Dogs Trust and the Kennel Club, also saw Sadie, pictured bottom centre, a nine-monthold Cavapoo, crowned the overall winner.
Her owner, Conservative MSP Jeremy Balfour, said: “She’s really good with children and she’s really friendly – my two girls love her. To win is absolutely brilliant, it’s been a really fun day.”
