Boosting the ranks: Property specialist Rettie & Co unveils latest appointment

Rettie & Co has hired Gillian Mclees from CRM Students to the newly created role of head of build to rent (BTR) operations as the Scottish independent property specialist looks to build on its “pre-eminent” position in Scotland’s BTR sector. Mclees, with Simon Rettie, left, and Matthew Benson, brings more than 20 years’ industry experience including seven in multi-site student accommodation. She said: “Rettie & Co is at the very forefront of BTR in Scotland… it’s a great time to be joining the fold with so much opportunity for the sector to really take off here.”
