The appeal of seaside living is hard to resist for a lot of people, whatever stage in life they might be at.

While retiring to the coast is a dream for many, having a beach on your doorstep is a great amenity whether you have small children, enjoy a bit of wild swimming yearround, or just love a daily dog walk with a fresh breeze in your face.

Muir Homes has announced the first release

of homes at its latest development, The Green in Anstruther, Fife, which offers smaller homes to suit a lot of buyers.

A selection of twobedroomed cottage apartments, some with their own front and back gardens, and two-bedroomed terraced homes with integrated garages, are now available to buy.

All homes are priced between £148,995 and £166,995, making them eligible for the Governmentbacked Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme, which can be very useful for firsttime buyers.

The fishing village of Anstruther sits on the East Neuk of Fife coast, eight miles south of St Andrews, offering easy access to a range of amenities, including world-class golf courses.
