Councillor is reprimanded over conduct

A former SNP councillor in Glasgow has been accused of ‘inappropriate conduct’ following an incident that left a council employee feeling distressed. Glenn Elder, who resigned the whip last month amid claims of bullying and harassment was challenged over his behaviour.

Sources have said the accusation was dealt with informally. The SNP confirmed he was “reprimanded”.
