Nest egg: Oystercatcher makes h ome in car park

An oystercatcher nests with her newly hatched chick in the car park of the Highland Wildlife Park in Kincraig, where t he parents make their home every year. Staff at the park have erected a fence around the nest to protect it from predators – and traffic.
