Get in a carnival state of mind with the Edinburgh Samba School, who to celebrate their 25th anniversary are running a six- week dance course from Friday 17 May at Summerhall ( Techcube) then weekly until 21 June, 7- 8: 30pm, which will incorporate a variety of dance styles including samba, maracatu, afoxe and reggae. The full course costs £ 50 (£ 45 concession), but if you don’t want to commit, you can pay a £ 10 taster for each of the first two classes pending full payment if you decide to continue.
