Tongue lashing
I am completely fed up with phoning British-based large organisations for customer service help only to end up speaking to someone in the Philippines, India, Romania South Africa or Egypt, whose command of the English language is frustrating for a lot of its customers.
It is time these large organisations invested in British workers, reducing unemployment locally. There are peo - ple in this country who need work. I intend to stop doing business with British companies who employ cheap lab our overseas and would urge others to do likewise. GORDON KENNEDY Simpson Square, Perth
