Fresh heir: All smiles for prince after birth of fourth grandchild

The Prince of Wales greets members of the public at the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin during a four-day visit to Germany with wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall. Crowds congratulated the Prince Charles on the birth of his fourth grandchild while back in the UK Brexit talks faced yet another delay.
