New chair for Scottish sausage skin maker Devro

Devro, the Lanarkshirebased supplier of sausage skins and collagen products to the food industry, has appointed Steve Good as non-executive chairman with effect from 1 June.

Good has been chairman of Zotefoams since 2016, having been first appointed as a non-executive director in 2014. Until 2017, he was a non-executive director of Cape and chairman of its remuneration committee. He plans to take steps to reduce his board commitments in the course of the next 12 months.

Devro non-executive director Paul Withers will cease to be interim chairman from 1 June.
