England name World Cup squad

E n g l a n d c o a c h P h i l Ne v - ille has named his 23-player squad for the Women’s World Cup, which begins in France on 7 June. England, ranked third, kick off their campaign against Scotland in Nice on 9 June.

The squad was revealed one by one on Twitter via a series of videos featuring famous faces including Prince Will i a m , D a v i d B e c k h a m , R a h e e m S t e r l i n g , E m m a Watson, James Corden, Ellie Goulding and Olly Murs.
