Retailer Zavvih as said it is “extremely sorry” to customers after mistakenly sending out a mass email congratulating all the entrants on winning VIP tickets to the Champions League final. The Zavvi competition was to win tickets, flights, hotel accommodation and a £250 prepaid cash card.
