Broken-down train disrupts Borders railway

A train that broke down at Edinburgh’s Waverley Station yesterday caused cancellations to the Borders Railway service.

Scotrail notified passengers via social media of a problem at the Edinburgh station.

Cancelled services were the 6:22 am Ed inburgh to Tweedbank and the 7:26 am and 8:28 am T weed bank to Ed inburgh services. Frustrated customers vented their feelings online.
