Designed to promote radiance and hydrate skin, this new launch has an interesting “balm- in- water” texture. The silky white lotion, which smells like expensive perfume, converts to a clear gel on application, then it sort of disappears into skin, leaving it looking matte and feeling smooth. It’s perfect under make- up and will be our go- to on warmer/ sweatier days.
