Buffet car cuts spark RMT protest

The biggest rail workers union is staging protests to day as part of its campaign to retain buffet cars on busy routes. The Rail, Maritime and Transport union said staff and passengers disagreed with removing the buffet car from intercity trains run by Great Western Railway. More than 1,500 people have signed an online petition.
