Two men suffer facial injuries in disturbance

Two men have been injured in a disturbance in Glasgow.

Police attended the incident in Ed mist on Drive, near Ibr ox Stadium, at around 11.25pm on Saturday, and two men who had been assaulted were taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

The casualties – aged 23 and 51 – were both released after treatment for facial injuries.

Detective Con stable Mark Hendry said: “We are carrying out inquiries and gathering CCTV footage to establish more information on this incident.”
