- By HANNAH BURLEY

The property entrepreneur behind the Dundee One office block has unveiled further plans for the new co-working business set to launch at the city’s waterfront.

Jeremy Dixon, MD of Dundee One owner Jute Properties, is developing Jute & Co, a shared office space that will be housed on the building’s 9,000 square foot top floor .

Set to launch in August, the development represents an investment of £700,000 and is the latest addition to the city’s £1 billion waterfront regeneration project, which includes the V&A Dundee.

The new venture will offer a range of flexible office and coworking packages for busi - nesses of all types and sizes, plus a membership scheme for smaller firms and freelancers to use hotdesks, communal spaces, and meeting rooms on a casual basis.

Dixon said Ju te& Co will allow companies “to put down roots and build their business, configuring their office space as they scale”.
