Milestone moment: Sigma managed fund hails delivery of 1,000th rental property

Sigma Capital Group, the Edinburgh-headquartered residential development and urban regen - eration specialist, said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sigma PRS Management, had confirmed the delivery of the 1,000th new rental home for the PRS REIT fund in its capacity as investment adviser. The milestone comes some 23 months after Sigma launched the real estate investment trust, which has first right of refusal to development opportunities within the company’s private rented sector property platform. The focus has been on property developments in England.
