Further hire for Close Brothers in Scotland

Close Brothers Asset Management (CBAM) has bolstered its senior highnet worth investment team in Scotland with the appointmen­t of Chris topher Godfrey-faussett as managing director.

God frey-Fa us sett, who has 27 years’ experience in financial services, joined Rathbones’ London office as an investment director in 2001, before moving to the Edinburgh office in 2005. He also managed Rathbones’ charities team in Scotland.

Close Brothers Asset Management now employs 65 people in Scotland. Chief executive Martin Andrew said :“The expansion of our footprint in Scotland is a key part of the strategic growth plans for our highnet worth business.”
