Small step superheroes: Children join fundraiser
Sisters Mariella, four, and Albie Valsinger, two, with Rosie Patience, six, who are taking part in the One Small Step Scotland walk and cycle at Loch Leven near Kinross on Sunday, 26 May to raise funds for the Foundation for Prader Willi Research UK. Albie and Rosie were born with Prader Willi Syndrome ( PWS), a rare and complex genetic condition affecting one in 15,000 people who suffer hyperphagia - chronic feelings of starvation and irrepressible hunger. People with PWS can never feel full and there is currently no treatment.
