Stretch with Mabel

Work out with your nanny, as Edinburgh’s Pilates Attic has teamed up with Bellcraig Farm in Fife to offer Pygmy Goat Pilates. These hourlong sessions, at 1pm or 2: 30pm, start on 26 May at the farm, then run on various Sundays until the end of August, £ 20pp. Essentially, they involve practicing Pilates under the tuition of studio owner and instructor Jo, with two titchy goats, Mabel and Hazel, using you as a human climbing frame.
