Jones’ Tokyo target after world triumph

TAEKWONDO Jade Jones i s t a r g e t i n g n e x t y e a r ’s To k y o O l y m p i c s a f t e r ending her long wait for a world taekwondo title at the Manchester Arena.

T h e 2 6 - y e a r - o l d b e a t defending -57kg champion Lee ah-reum 14-7 to claim a world crown at the fifth attempt. She said: “I know I can retire happy now, but I want to become a legend and no-one has ever won three Olympic golds.”
