Penicuik unit let to hospice shop

Sheet Anchor Evolve (London ), which has a portfolio of assets managed by LCP Management, has agreed a temporary let at Penicuik Shopping Centre to St Margaret of Scotland Hospice.

The property owner was represented by Eric Young & Co in the transaction for the retail unit, which comprises 8,600 square feet of sales space over two floors.
