Teenager arrested over rape in lane

A teenager has been arrested in connection with the alleged rape of a 17-yearold girl in a lane.

The girl was reportedly attacked in Renfrew Lane in Glasgow city centre on Friday evening.

The alleged incident was reported to police on Monday.

Police Scotland said a 17- year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the incident.

The force said inquiries are continuing.
