Investigation as man dies after street attack

Detectives have started an investigation into the suspicious death of a man in Glasgow.

The 35- year-old was attacked in the Castlemilk area of the city yesterday morning. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers appealed for witnesses to the assault, which took place at about 10:50 am on St ra van an Street. The dead man, who has not been named, was with colleagues when two men attacked him.
