Head chef, Dan Ashmore, has invited a selection of his inspirational peers to take over his kitchen at The Pompadour for a Guest Chef Series. On 30 May, Michelin- starred chef John Duffin, owner of John’s House in Loughborough will be cooking. He’ll be followed by Peter Hall, from Lorne Restaurant in London on 6 June; Rupert Rowley of MSK Ingredients, Chesterfield, on 27 June and Michelin- starred Paul Welburn of Oxford Kitchen on 31 July. Prices for the tasting menus start from £ 60 per person.
