Head chef, Dan Ashmore, has invited a selection of his inspiratio­nal peers to take over his kitchen at The Pompadour for a Guest Chef Series. On 30 May, Michelin- starred chef John Duffin, owner of John’s House in Loughborou­gh will be cooking. He’ll be followed by Peter Hall, from Lorne Restaurant in London on 6 June; Rupert Rowley of MSK Ingredient­s, Chesterfie­ld, on 27 June and Michelin- starred Paul Welburn of Oxford Kitchen on 31 July. Prices for the tasting menus start from £ 60 per person.
