Hidden Door

Edinburgh’s influential multiarts festival first made its name by reclaiming disused venues but it has found its spiritual home in Leith Theatre over the last couple of years, paving the way for the bigger beast of the International Festival. This year’s eclectic musical line- up kicks off with a femme- tastic line- up including neosoul singer Ray BLK, otherworldly duo Let’s Eat Grandma and Scotsman favourites The Honey Farm, pictured, and proceeds across the weekend with appearances by the exuberant Anglo- Spanish outfit Crystal Fighters and esteemed dubstep DJ Maya Jane Coles, all complemented by an extensive visual arts programme.
