Building success: Taylor Wimpey in Royal Town Planning Institute visit

The president of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) has visited Taylor Wimpey’s Project 2020 at Dargavel Village, Bishopton. Ian Tant (pictured left with Graeme Oswald of Taylor Wimpey) was given a tour of two prototype homes that form part of a construction trial by the housebuilding giant. The prototypes are aimed at addressing changing customer needs, including allowing individuals to adapt their homes to their requirements. They are also intended to demonstrate greater build efficiency.
