Water, ventilatio­n and drainage are primary systems which should have been scrutinise­d for compliance with the relevant National Standards by experts during the bid review process. This is the time to identify potential issues with the contractor­s’ proposals and discuss deviations from the Scope of Work specificat­ions in Invitation to Bid document

Gordon Clifford Ah well, you have to admit it. The SNP devolved administra­tion is highly consistent. Give them a responsibi­lity and they will make a mess of it. Health, education, police, transport. All being ruined. Vote SNP to drag Scotland kicking and screaming back into the 19th century.
