If not, follow your cravings to Pitlochry, where East Haugh House (Scotland’s Hotel of the Year 2019, according to Prestige Hotel Awards) is hosting its annual Seafood Weekend today and tomorrow, with a lunch sitting at noon-2pm and dinner 5:30pm-9pm. Dishes will include a starter of brown crab squid ink ravioli, watercress velouté, crispy capers and black truffle foam (£9.95) and a main of langoustin­e tails, slow roast pork belly, crispy new potatoes, pea and truffle purée, fennel and red cabbage slaw, and beetroot crisp (£28.95).
