The SAY Award: Live at the Longlist

The Scottish Album of the Year Award moves eastward for the first time. This year’s honours are kicked off with the public announcement of the 20 albums which have made the longlist for the 2019 prize, with live music provided by previous nominees, including the sublime harmonic pop of C Duncan, above, Glasgow-based Ghanaian rapper Kobi Onyame and a special collaboration between Idlewild guitarist Rod Jones and Modern Studies who, along with Duncan, will hopefully make the cut as returning nominees.
