Boris the Bold
Nicola Sturgeon’s “offer” to help Jeremy Corbyn basically seize power is a sign of just how desperate the Remain camp has got. The other suggestion of John Bercow, the Speaker, being installed as a temporary prime Minister is equally ludicrous.
It is becoming clear that the opposition are rattled by Boris Johnson’s single-minded determination to get Brexit done by 31 October – electoral returns must suggest this is popular with the voting public. Nicola Sturgeon is simply watching from the sidelines as any chance of Indyref2 slowly evaporates. November will usher in a whole new era, come what may, and it presages the end of the independence dream for the Scottish National Party because it has backed the wrong horses at Westminster and failed in its policies at Holyrood.
