Buccleuch inks Coventry deal

Edinburgh-based Buccleuch Property has completed the sale of two warehouses to Progress Properties, which is an affiliated company to the occupational tenant Hydrogarden.

The £3.85 million sale in Coventry has enabled Hydrogarden to secure its long-term occupation of the distribution facility, reflecting an initial yield of 6.6 per cent.
