Two teenagers arrested after station stabbing
Two teenagers have been arrested after another teenager was stabbed at Rutherglen railway station, police said yesterday.
British Transport Police said the stabbing happened around 5pm on Monday at the station in South Lanarkshire.
Police said two boys aged 14 and 18 have been arrested.
The victim suffered serious injuries to his chest and lower body and was taken to hospital in a critical condition.
British Transport Police remained at the scene yesterday as inquiries continued.
