Capital water group waves SSE director on board as new NED
• Hynd joins with more than 14 years of senior experience in a range of roles across the public, private and third sectors. Currently director of separation and migration at SSE, Hynd has held a number of senior roles in the energy firm since joining in 2005, including lead director for innovation across the SSE Group for more than ten years. Business Stream chair Dame Susan Rice said Hynd brings “a wealth of relevant experience that will help further bolster our board as we move forward with the next phase of our growth strategy”.

Most recently executive vice president of Americas for Snc-lavalin (previously Kentz Engineers & Constructors), Lichon has more than 25 years of operational and sales leadership experience in oil and gas projects offshore and onshore in the US as well as in Latin America, Asia and Africa. He will focus on enhancing Enermech’s position in offshore pipeline pre-commissioning in deepwater Gulf of Mexico while growing its industrial services and mechanical, electrical and instrumentation business lines.

The firm’s deals leader for the energy sector since 2014, Glasgow-based Stevenson has more than 25 years’ experience of deals and transaction services across a wide range of industries and global territories. Meanwhile Lewis led the PWC Australia Energy and Resources Tax practice for three years and the Perth tax practice (of more than 100 practitioners) for two-and-ahalf years.

She joins as a partner from Keoghs where she helped establish its Scottish presence and started up a dedicated Uk-wide marine practice, as well as undertaking marine construction, regulatory and insurance work. She will establish and build Clyde & Co’s marine presence in Scotland while further strengthening its commercial litigation practice and work with its insurance teams.
