Gluten free treat

Gato & Co have launched their new Vegan and Gluten Free Cookies ‘n’ Cream Range exclusively to Boots. They’re a reasonably healthy alternative to a bog standard biscuit, since they’re plant-based, high in fibre (there are oats and ground almonds instead of regular flour) and half the sugar of similar sweet snacks, with each cookie coming in at 99 calories. They are also gluten and dairy free. Choose from versions including the Oreo-esque Choc Vanilla, Choc Hazelnut Butter, Salted Caramel, or our favourite Choc Peanut Butter, pictured.
