This Farming Life
The documentary series returns, following six new farming families through a challenging year. It begins in summer 2019, when the biggest concern for many of the farmers is the uncertainty around Brexit, while in Armadale here in Scotland, Joyce Campbell is hoping to get a good price for 600 of her best North Country Cheviot lambs at one of Europe’s largest sheep sales. We also meet Isla and George French of Aberdeenshire, who started their farming venture from scratch four yeas ago and have an odd mix of livestock, including ostriches, which are blooming difficult to raise from chicks.
