The CBI has said city centres could become ghost towns if the prime minister does not do more to encourage workers to go back to the office.

Steelworks, shipyards and other heavy i ndustr y j obs were shut down in the UK to be sent overseas and we were told that they were uncompetitive.

Perhaps these Edinburgh offices and sandwich shops are not competitive?
