-

First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said in her briefing yesterday that cases of Covid-19 had risen to 160, the highest total since 16 May and a further increase on the 123 announced on Sunday.

I think we all need to get it, to have any chance of defeating it.

No deaths.. That’s the bit we need to worry about

Stands to reason if you’re testing more people every day then you’re going to get more positive results

Cases were going to rise with schools going back and much more adult activity around there. This should have been expected.

Alison Thomson Simple. Completely lock down. No one goes out anywhere but hospital only if needed. Close this island completely from any travelling.

Shall we start doing this each day on folk with flu?

No surprises there. More and more people are ignoring rules. Masks are not being worn, huge parties everywhere and so much for trains. We travelled on a packed train, people sitting everywhere, no one wearing masks. We had booked a seat but they were still all full. There doesn’t seem to be anyone policing the rules so more and more people are not bothering to follow them. If people can’t act responsibly we are all going to be back in lockdown again.

It’s time to get over this national fear. The whole country is on its back and sinking deeper. The Scottish Government, needs to loosen its grip on our daily life, man up and get back to normality.
