Landslip closes section of railway

A landslip in Argyll has closed a section of railway line.

The West Highland Line between Fort William and Crianlarich was closed yesterday after the landslip.

The debris was discovered near Bridge of Orchy.

Scotrail, Caledonian Sleeper and freight services have been affected.

Net work R ail dispatched a team to assess the damage to the tracks.

S cotr ail said it was working on securing replacement transportation for those affected by the closure.
