Two charged with murder in Glasgow

Two men have appeared in court charged with murder after a man was found dead in a city flat.

The body of Tomasz Lipiec, 33, was found at a flat in the Townhead area of Glasgow on Monday 7 September.

PatrykJa sin ski ,31, and Jason MC In ally ,50, were both charged with murder and theft when they appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court yesterday.

Neither man entered a plea and both were remanded in custody, pending a further court hearing.
