Shepherd’s warning: Farmers march towards New Delhi to protest agriculture ordinances

Fa r me r s s h o u t e d s l o g a n s a n d h e l d a l o f t b a n n e r s a s they marched from Har yana towards New Delihi to participate in a protest called by the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU). The union claims Delhi police apprehended the protesters.

Demonstrations were held across the Punjab state under the banner of the All India Kissan Sangharsh Co-ordination Committee, an umbrella body of more than 250 farmer and farm-worker organisations.
