Man killed in Texas mass shooting

A man has died from his injuries following a mass shooting on a crowded US street that left more than a dozen people injured, police said.

Douglas Kantor, 25, who was taken to hospital with critical gunshot wounds after the Saturday shooting, died on Sunday, police in Austin, Texas, said.

Investigators believe the shooting began as a dispute between two parties.

At least one suspect was arrested.

The shooting sparked panic on Sixth Street, a popular nightlife destination in the city.
