Sessions Week 64
Welcome to Week 64 of the Scotsman Sessions. With performing arts activity curtailed for the foreseeable future, we are commissioning a series of short video performances from artists and releasing them on scotsman.com, with introductions from our critics. This week, rapper Ransom FA, who appeared as a finalist on BBC Three talent search The Rap Game UK, performs Man of the Moment from his Momentum EP; Russian-born pianist and Royal Conservatoire of Scotland graduate Nikita Lukinov plays Alexander Scriabin’s Waltz, Op. 38; and actor Bill Paterson, star of films including Comfort And Joy, The Killing Fields and Truly Madly Deeply, reflects on the life and work of his friend Ivor Cutler, theabsurdist poet, performer and raconteur, who died in 2006.
