Devolution has taken Scotland backwards under secretive, wasteful and unimaginative SNP, says Brian Wilson

Is that like how the Scots Tory party went hand in hand with Westminster, destroying Scotland from the 1970s until we eventually got rid of them from all but a few hold outs? The only reason they have any voice in Scotland now is due to our progressive Scottish government and its proportional representation, unlike the Union parliament.
