Judgment day

The Supreme Court will hand down its judgment on November 23 on whether the Scottish Parliament has the power to hold an independence referendum.

I imagine their learned lordships will tell us that Scots are not sovereign in their own country and that the English, by some unspecified means, have acquired it.

kmcn After the hearing the justices said they had thousands upon thousands of pages of material to review, so this does seem a relatively early judgement. If indeed it is a judgement we get, as opposed to a decision to not rule on draft legislation.
