The President of the Republic of Ghana visited The King at Windsor Castle this afternoon.

The King and Queen of Norway afterwards visited His Majesty. The King gave a Reception at Windsor Castle this evening following the Platinum Jubilee at which The Prince and Princess of Wales, The Countess of Wessex, The Duchess of Gloucester and Princess Alexandra, the Hon. Lady Ogilvy were also present.

ST JAMES'S PALACE

The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Trustees, The Prince Philip Trust Fund for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, this evening attended a Trustees' Meeting followed by a Dinner at Welford Park, Newbury, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire (Mr. James Puxley).

The Countess of Wessex, Patron, National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, today attended a Luncheon at J. C. Bamford Excavators Limited, Station Road, Rocester, in support of the Company's Platinum Jubilee Appeal for the Charity and was received by His Majesty's Lord-lieutenant of Staffordsh­ire (Mr. Ian Dudson).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited Safe Space in Newcastle under-lyme, Staffordsh­ire.

The Countess of Wessex afterwards visited the Salvation Army in Bridge Street, Newcastle-under-lyme. The Princess Royal, President, Riding for the Disabled Associatio­n, this afternoon visited Maisemore Group at Hartpury College and University, Hartpury, to mark the Fiftieth Anniversar­y and was received by Mr. Philip Vickery (Deputy Lieutenant of Gloucester­shire).

KENSINGTON PALACE

The Duke of Gloucester this morning officially opened the new Service Centre extension located at Specialist Valve Services, Silvertree­s Drive, Westhill, and was received by His Majesty's Lord-lieutenant of Aberdeensh­ire (Mr. Alexander Manson).

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Civic Reception at Fraserburg­h Lighthouse Museum, Stevenson Road, Fraserburg­h, and presented The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service to the Invercairn Gala Committee.

The Duke of Gloucester afterwards visited Fraserburg­h Town Centre Regenerati­on and Conservati­on Project.
