Plaid calls for self-determination

Wales and Scotland must be given the "right to self-determination" in the Bill of Rights, ministers have been told.

Plaid Cymru Westminster leader Liz Saville Roberts told the Commons: "In June, I asked Dominic Raab whether his so-called Bill of Rights would include the right to self-determination. He didn't give me a direct answer, so I will ask the Secretary of State."

Welsh Secretary David TC Davies said Wales had voted for a devolved administration, which the UK government fully supported.
