Shawfair last call

The final homes at Dandara’s Shawfair development, six miles from Edinburgh, are now for sale.

House hunters who reserve a two-bedroom Harris terraced home will receive flooring throughout and have their LBTT paid. In addition, they will be given a 12-month mortgage subsidy worth £6,000.

The Harris, pictured, is priced from £235,995, while the threebedroom Skye end-terrace home is available from £268,995.

Just 15 minutes from the Capital’s heart, Shawfair will also benefit from a new secondary school and a David Lloyd Leisure club, which is scheduled to open next year.
